Refund policy

Free features

Direct photo conversion is free, so there is nothing to refund.

AI credit packs

You may request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase provided none of the credits have been used. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable, except as described below.

Failed generations

If an AI generation fails because of an error on our side or the model provider's side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact billing@flosspixel.com with the approximate time of the generation and we will restore them.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country of residence.

How to request

Email billing@flosspixel.com from the address on your account with your order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
